Name: Formula 1 (F1) 2010.

Developer: Codemasters Software Company Ltd.

Year: 2010.
Genre: Racing
Engine: EGO

Description: F1 2010 features "the most complicated weather system ever seen in a racing game" which is integral to F1. When rain starts to fall, the track will gradually lose grip, with some areas losing grip faster than others. "Overhanging trees, for example, will shelter the track, while dips and indentations in the tarmac will hold more standing water and provide a greater risk."

Verdict: The last time I played a formula one game was with F1 2000, when EA still had the rights. It didn't disappoint then, and I wasn't expecting to disappoint now, and it didn't. I was dazed hours upon hours feeling it was the actual thing, okay except for the interviews but the racing part was point on. You really feel the rush as you try to beat the other racers' time trials for a good podium, a countless times I found myself almost screaming out "move out of the way Hamilton/Schumacher, I'm the new champion." or perhaps I did, but when time flies by and you’re having fun, who cares.
Oh and I still have love for the Monte Carlo track, for me there is something about that tunnel that makes me want to push the accelerator key to the point of no return. And as for graphics, they were tops it’s only the loading time that I was complaining about, but this is a good one.

Playability: C for playability, its a simulation what did you expect.
Graphics: B for graphics,
Environment: B for its environment,
ShockAndAwe: +A for ShockAndAwe.
Plot: Not much to say as there is none, just race and win but I'll give it a A..
Overall: B***, Awesome title.

Operation Flash Point: Dragon Rising Verdict

 photo 02346938_zps6b6e7d66.jpg

Name: Operation Flash Point - Dragon Rising.

Developer: Codemasters Software Company Ltd.

Engine: EGO.

Year: 2009.

Age Censorship: 18V.

Min Spec's: Win Xp (SP2)/ Vista (SP2)/ 7; 2.4 GHz Dual Core Processor; 1GB Ram; 8GB Hard drive Space; DirectX Compatible sound device; DVD-Rom.

Plot: Dragon Rising takes place on the fictional island of Skira, in May 2011. After the Global Economic Crisis causes mass unemployment and political destabilization in China, the PLA seize control of Skira and the vast, newly discovered reservoir of oil there, from the Russian Federation. Peace talks prove useless as both combatants lay claim to Skira due to previous ownership of it. The situation deteriorates quickly and China begins to fortify its northern provinces in anticipation of armed conflict with Russia. Russia, already countering the PLA on the Chinese mainland, calls to the United States of America to retake Skira from the Chinese. Bound by treaty arrangements made after the end of the Cold War, America agrees and the two biggest armies in the world begin to clash on the island. As the game progresses, the player must fight off enemy forces along with his fireteam and allied soldiers, for example, this could be assaulting a village held by the PLA, suppressing a team pinning down your fellow soldiers, or rescuing downed crews of crashed helicopters from behind enemy lines.

Verdict: Well this kind of felt like I was playing advance Warfighter again, and I do love strategic game play, problem is, I don't like it in a first person shooter. As to how I played GRAW (Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2) and finished, I don't know, must have been a ghost of me that was playing.
“You can blame it all on Call of Duty.”
As to why I don't like strategic game play on FPS, you can blame it all on Call of Duty. You see in a first person shooter ever since Modern Warfare came along, I expect a lot of action, bodies falling, people running for cover, mortars blasting on the fields. But people asking me for orders, and me calling a medic just because I didn't put one private in the right place, and changing their diapers while in action, is the last thing on my mind. As for rating this game…

Playability: B for playability.
Graphics: C for graphics.
Environment: B for its environment.
ShockAndAwe: D for ShockAndAwe.
Plot: D for Plot.

Overall: C**, You should buy when waiting for the drop date on an awesome title.
